BoxCES: NYE knock-out!

Undoubtedly one of the most important nights on everyone's social calendar is New Years Eve. It's a common trend, for boys and girls alike to ring in the new year looking as schmick as possible. Call me crazy, but I think a NYE staple is big bling. With bottles of champagne popping, hors d'oeuvres floating and people mingling - looking sultry in something shiny is an absolute necessity.

It doesn't matter how dull your outfit is, if you pop on an accessory or two that sizzles under the light, you will leave onlookers in awe.

A safe option is always earrings... And in my opinion the bigger the better! They can be paired with just about anything - from a more casual look with jeans, pumps and a sheer top to a little black dress. So versatile, and the cheapest way to jazz yourself up without having to completely revamp your wardrobe for one night!

On another note, if you're scared about your actual earring hole stretching - don't panic! My advice (and favourite option) is to wear clip-on earrings... It doesn't leave you in pain and, if need be, you can take them off mid-evening and not have to stress about losing the backs!
